REQUEST FOR FUNDING APPLICATIONS
There are two funding applications available. Please read the application descriptions carefully. Use of the wrong application will reduce your chances to receive funding.
Direct Service Funding Application - This funding application is designed for agencies seeking funding to provide substance abuse prevention services directly to youth, families and other at-risk individuals of Idaho. All applicants will need to submit a complete funding application, as well as the usual required documentation.
The Direct Service RFA is split into two sections: Application Instructions and the Application Packet. You will need both to successfully apply for funding.
To save each document on your computer, right-click on the link below, then choose "Save Target as" and follow the prompts.
- SFY 2011 Direct Service Funding Application Instructions - no longer available after April 23, 2010
- SFY 2011 Direct Service Funding Application Packet - no longer available after April 23, 2010
The Budget Spreadsheet uses macros to calcuate equations and rates. You may receive a warning when you open the file or when you try to click on the radio buttons. Instructions to Enable Macros are included in the spreadsheet. Contact Duncan at 208-892-0620 for further assistance.
Coalition Funding Application - Coalitions applying for SFY 2011 funding should focus on efforts to change the shared environment and raise awareness of substance abuse issues at the community level. Due to rapidly changing memberships, missions and community conditions, coalitions need to apply for funding each year.
