The Idaho Kids Count Policy Brief provides a brief, well-written report of substance abuse trends among Idaho's youth by Dr. Mary Pritchard, Director of the Family Studies Research Initiative and Assistant Professor at Boise State University. Written to provide useful information to policy makers, the Policy Brief presents concise and accessible statistical views of youth substance use in Idaho that would also be very helpful to community-based grant writers seeking statistical information to illustrate the substance abuse issues faced by Idaho's communities.
