It was wonderful to see so many of you at the recent prevention workshops last May and June and at the Prevention Institute at the end of July.  I hope that you have found the information useful.  I just wanted to let you know that the course completion certificates will be put in the mail tomorrow and the CEU grades have been turned over to Boise State University.  If you attended more than one workshop or institute course, all of your certificates will be mailed in one envelope.  Please examine your certificates carefully when you receive them to make sure your name is correctly spelled.  If there are errors on your certificate or you do not receive a certificate for a workshop or institute course that you completed, please phone (208.334.6542) or email (pappint@dhw.idaho.gov) to resolve the problem.  Please note that the Department does not issue duplicate or replacement copies of certificates, if your certificate is correct, this is the only copy you will receive.

Note from Benchmark – Reimbursements for travel expenses and stipends for Idaho Prevention Institute participants were mailed on September 4, 2007 to the fiscal agents of Benchmark subcontractors.  Participants should contact their fiscal agents regarding reimbursement procedures for expenses associated with attending the Idaho Prevention Institute.
