This year’s course offerings include:

3 day courses:

  • Addiction and the Family
  • Drugs & Society
  • Prevention Group Facilitation

1 day courses:

  • Human Development
  • Prevention Ethics (offered twice)

Good news for Benchmark prevention providers!
The daily stipend offered last year to Benchmark prevention provider staff or coalition administration whose salary is paid wholly or in part will be continued by DHW and Benchmark at this year’s Idaho Prevention Institute.  The daily stipend, available for courses taken to satisfy the QPPP requirement, is intended to offset the use of vacation time or income earning potential to attend the Institute.  Benchmark prevention providers should contact their Regional Managers to ensure that the coursework to be taken by staff qualify for the daily stipend.
