The SFY 2014 Benchmark Regional Substance Abuse Prevention Strategic Plans establish priority target populations, risk and protective factors and service types for substance abuse prevention funding. Benchmark will use the Regional Prevention Strategic Plans as a guide while making funding decisions.

Funding Applicants should review the 2014 Prevention Strategic Plan for their region to ensure that their proposed services are in line with the priorities established for state fiscal year 2014.
